Together, we’ll explore how stress naturally changes breathing, why nothing is wrong with your body, and how simple awareness can support steadiness and ease. Each class is slow-paced, accessible, and designed with anxious or sensitive nervous systems in mind.
There’s no forceful breathing, no breath holding, and no pressure to “do it right.” Just gentle education, guided breath awareness, and space to rest.
