At Balanced Body Therapeutic Massage, we combine hands-on bodywork, breath awareness, and movement strategies to address both symptoms and the underlying patterns that contribute to pain, tension, and dysfunction.

My goal is not only to help you feel better during your session—but to help you better understand your body and maintain those improvements between visits.

About Me

I am a graduate of the Medical Arts School (now Gwinnett College) in Raleigh, NC, with advanced training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy.

My work blends clinical skill with a nervous system–based approach, integrating therapeutic massage, breathwork, and mindful movement to support lasting change in

I specialize in helping clients manage both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions while also addressing the effects of stress on the body.

I believe effective bodywork goes beyond temporary relief. Each session is customized to your individual needs, with a focus on restoring function, improving mobility, and supporting both physical and mental recovery.

After experiencing my own challenges with chronic stress and nervous system imbalance, I began exploring ways to better support my body. Through that journey, I discovered how powerful the combination of therapeutic massage, breathwork, and mindful movement can be in helping the body regulate, recover, and restore balance.

Using these tools consistently in my own life has given me a deeper understanding of how the body responds to stress, tension, and movement patterns. It’s this experience—combined with clinical training—that shapes how I work with my clients.
